Refund & Billing Policy

Livelytics.ai provides enterprise SaaS subscriptions.

1. Billing

Customers are billed:

• Monthly
• Annually
• Enterprise invoicing agreements

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in limited situations including:

• Duplicate billing
• Billing errors
• Platform access failures

Requests must be made within 3 days of billing.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Generally non-refundable:

• Setup fees
• Implementation services
• Custom integrations
• Enterprise onboarding

4. Cancellation

Customers may cancel subscriptions prior to renewal. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.

Livelytics.ai – Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms part of the Terms of Service between Livelytics.ai and the Customer.

Roles

• Customer = Data Controller
• Livelytics.ai = Data Processor

Processing Scope

Livelytics.ai processes data solely to provide analytics services including:

• Data ingestion
• Data normalization
• Analytics processing
• AI insights generation

Security Measures

Livelytics.ai maintains security measures including:

• SOC 2 aligned controls
• Encryption at rest and in transit
• Access control mechanisms
• Incident response procedures
• Security monitoring

Subprocessors

Livelytics.ai may use subprocessors including:

• Cloud hosting providers
• Security monitoring services
• Infrastructure providers

Subprocessors are required to meet equivalent security standards.

Data Breach Notification

Livelytics.ai will notify customers without undue delay upon discovering a data breach affecting customer data.

Data Deletion

Upon termination, customer data will be deleted or returned within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.
